How to request copies of a Public Record
Complete the public record request form and submit to the City Clerk's Office
A fee will be charged for record requests. Please complete attached form and return to the City Clerk's office.
Please note that this is a 4 page form. Make sure to complete and submit all 4 pages.
The City Clerk's Office provides administrative support for the Mayor and City Council. In addition, the City Clerk prepares and distributes all City Council agenda packets; initiates and conducts all City elections; attends all City Council regular, special and work session meetings and prepares minutes thereof; is responsible for recording the permanent legal documents of the City. The City Clerk also updates and codifies supplements to the City's Municipal Code Book.
